We believe the Spirit of God is upon this place because God has allowed us to share the gospel. God has sent the broken-hearted and the stressed, the happy hearts and the ones hungering and thirsting for the knowledge of God. Our mission is to present God to all who seek, and to show that today is the day of your salvation.

Under the mentorship of Bobby Favors and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Blessings! opened its doors on May 12, 2003, Monday thru Saturday from 10:00am until 7:00 pm. In our first year, we instituted a Story Hour for elementary children and later an adult Bible Study. The only prerequisite was that you came ready to learn. On our first anniversary, we asked some of the local Gospel recording artists to help us celebrate by rendering a mini-concert outside the front of the store. The tradition continues and now each year at our anniversary date and going throughout the summer, we feature a local Gospel recording artist or group. This year we have partnered with local businesses to establish a Reading Hour at Brightside Daycare and a Reading Book club, to be held at McDonald’s, for girls ages 13 to 17.

God has truly blessed us and we look forward to the way God will move in our future.
